Our Engineering team provides complete design services from concept through production. We assist in customer part development to produce tooling to your exact standards and tolerances.

The Design stage is a critical phase in your metal stamping process. The proper design is essential for not only manufacturing your part, but also maintaining the die economically for the duration of your project. We utilize 3D CAD tooling designs while still being able to work with companies that prefer 2D formats. All Gerhart Stamping Dies are created in carbide and steel by employing our advanced grinding techniques and Wire EDM services. This unique combination beginning from initial tooling concept, through final assembly, transforms into a precision die capable of very high-run production quantities from either a single or multi-out progressive tool.
